15-Minute Discovery Call Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering or scheduling a discovery call with us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have provided the following guidelines for cancellations:

  1. Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our calendar and offer the slot to others who may be waiting for an appointment.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled call may not be able to be rescheduled, and you risk losing the opportunity for the discovery call. We acknowledge that emergencies happen, and we will try to accommodate you if a genuine unavoidable reason arises.

  3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled discovery call without prior notification of cancellation, you will be considered a no-show, and you may not be able to book future discovery calls without speaking to our team first.

  4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your call, we will not be able to extend your appointment time in fairness to the next scheduled client. Depending on the service provider's discretion, a late arrival may be rescheduled.

  5. Confirmation Reminders: As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments. However, if you do not receive such a reminder, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us service our clients better.
